Dave is our Founder and CEO. He’s a veteran of both the business and design worlds and has gained a reputation for always displaying grace under pressure.

Always one to follow his passions (and never a fan of ‘rules’), Dave has lived in Alabama, Illinois, California and New Hampshire – but has always considered New Hampshire home. This unique cultural background has helped shape Dave into someone who understands and embraces different perspectives while valuing new insights and knowledge.

After working at a Los Angeles design studio for 7 years, Dave moved back to New Hampshire to get his MBA and followed that up with a stint at Fidelity Investments.

Dave created TAOB in 2013 with a vision that business presentations should be simple to understand and memorable to the audience.

Obsessed with music, he sang lead vocals in the Los Angeles, CA metal band Absolution and named TAOB after the 2002 Shadows Fall album “The Art of Balance”
